Requirements:

• CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced work environment and able to adjust quickly to changes.
• Experienced with various blog platforms (Wordpress, Blogspot, Tumblr, etc.) and is able to navigate through the back-end of web platforms easily.
• Good working knowledge of basic HTML coding.

The SEO copywriter will be responsible for general copywriting and search engine optimization duties and tasks, including writing articles, press releases, and web content for client websites.

The successful applicant will produce content for a number of higher education institutions and work to increase web traffic and online presence for our clients. To that end, applicants must be capable of drafting keyword-rich content and working without a lot of supervision.

Responsibilities include:

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

• CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
• Considerable experience using at least one JavaScript framework, such as iQuery or jQuery UI.
• Strong competencies with database design and development.
• Strong understanding of Wordpress functions and APIs.
• Experience using Photoshop, Fireworks, or similar designing tools.
• Minimum one year experience in similar role.
