This report provides a summary of calls made by each contact owner as well as their outcomes.
To access this report, click the ‘Reports’ button on the left-hand sidebar.
From there, scroll down the menu of your reports until you find the one marked ‘Calls Outcome’ and click on it.
The Calls Outcome report details the various end results of each staff member’s phone calls, and totals them on the right. You can also see how many calls overall connected, got a wrong number, or didn’t receive an answer, for instance, in the bottom row.
Adjust Date Range
You can modify the report’s date range by clicking on the calendar button above the report:
