If you create a task in Mautic’s contact database, it will automatically be included in your calendar.
Create a New Task
Mautic’s task manager is found at the bottom left of every contact’s profile. Creating a task is as easy as clicking ‘Add Task’ within the ‘Tasks’ tab.
Set a Date for Your Task
When creating a task, you can choose to set a specific date for it using the calendar icon.
Then, when you save your task, it will automatically appear in your Mautic calendar.
With this Mautic feature, your calendar will always be up to date, and you can avoid any miscommunications regarding admissions activities and ensure you’re never double-booked.
