1. Starting a New Contact (Add New)

Use the Add New action to start manual contact creation.

  1. On the Applicants or Students page.
  2. Click on Actions
  3. Select Add New Contact

2. Completing Contact Details (Create Contact Form)

  1. Enter the contact’s First Name and Last Name.
  2. Enter the primary Email address.
  3. Enter Phone and other contact details (address, city, province/state, postal/zip code, country).
  4. Choose the contact type Applicant or Student.
  5. Select the campus
  6. Check Share Login Credentials only if you would like to grant the contact access to the application form.
  7. Select the application you would like the contact to have access to.
