1. Accessing the Classrooms Menu

Classrooms are managed from the SIS section in the main navigation.

  1. Log in to HEM-SP as a staff administrator.
  2. From the main navigation menu open SIS and select Classrooms
  3. Review the classrooms table to locate an existing classroom or create a new classroom.

2. Adding a New Classroom

Use Add New to create a classroom record.

  1. On the Classrooms page, click Add New.
  2. Enter the classroom Name.
  3. Enter additional details as required (for example, Days and schedules)
  4. Click Finish to create the classroom record.

3. Editing an Existing Classroom

To update a classroom record, open the classroom and edit its details.

  1. Locate the classroom in the classrooms list.
  2. Open the classroom record (or select Edit from Actions).
  3. Update details such as name, capacity, or location information.
  4. Click Finish to apply changes.

4. Managing Classrooms Efficiently (List Actions)

HEM-SP provides list management tools to maintain classrooms efficiently.

  1. Use Search and filters in the classrooms list to locate records quickly.
  2. Open the Actions menu to view, edit, clone or delete a classroom.
  3. Additional actions, view classroom calendar and lessons to the classroom
