1. Accessing the Instructors Area

Instructor records are managed from the Instructors section in the main navigation.

  1. Log in to HEM-SP
  2. From the main navigation menu, open SIS then select Instructors.
  3. Review the instructors table to locate an existing instructor or add a new instructor.

2. Adding a New Instructor

Use Add New to create an instructor record.

  1. On the Instructors page, click Actions.
  2. Select create new instructor.
  3. Enter the instructor’s basic information (for example, first name, last name, and email and phone number).
  4. Assign the instructor to one or multiple campuses.
  5. Select the course(s) that the instructor will have access to.
  6. Click Finish to create the instructor record.

3. Managing Existing Instructors

Instructor records can be managed from the instructors list using available actions.

  1. Locate the instructor in the instructors list.
  2. Open the instructor record (Via the view action or click on the instructor’s name)
  3. From the actions button click on Edit, Impersonate or Delete.
  4. The profile tab lists the instructors details and assigned courses
  5. The Lessons tab lists all the instructor’s lessons details
