Agent Application
The Recruiters Hub allows agents or recruitment partners to sign up, validate their accounts, and gain access to their portal where they can begin adding students. Agents can submit applications on behalf of students, streamlining the application process and ensuring all necessary information is submitted correctly.
Agency Management
Our recruitment management system enables schools to seamlessly access and manage all agencies integrated within the platform. This feature provides a comprehensive overview of each agency, including the number of students and agents associated with it. This ensures that institutions can effectively manage their recruitment partners.
Agency Profile
Accessing an agency profile reveals two main tabs. The first tab, "Applicants," displays the applicants submitted by the agency along with the associated agent's name.
The second tab, "Agents," lists all the agents associated with the agency. Institutions have the option to invite more agents to join the agency and can assign specific roles to each invited agent.
Applicant Profile Access
The Recruiters Hub also allows agents to access the applicant profiles directly, providing detailed information about each student's application. This feature ensures that institutions can track and manage individual applications efficiently. See Applicant Profile for more information.
Data Export
Users can export the list of applicants associated with a specific agency. This feature is useful for generating reports and performing further analysis of recruitment data.
Agency Activation and Deactivation
Institutions can activate or deactivate an agency as needed. This feature provides control over which agencies are currently active and allowed to submit applications on behalf of students.
Manual Account Activation
The Recruiters Hub offers the option to configure account activation processes. Instead of allowing agents to activate their accounts automatically, institutions can choose to manually activate accounts from the Recruiters Hub. This ensures that only verified agents can access the portal and submit applications.
Agency and Agent Invitations
Institutions can manually add agencies to the Recruiters Hub and invite agents to join these agencies. This manual process ensures that all agents are properly vetted and approved before they begin submitting applications.
