Students
The student management system provides a comprehensive view and management interface for student data. This section allows administrators to efficiently track and manage student information post-admission.
The interface includes a search bar and multiple filtering options, enabling users to find students quickly based on various criteria such as name, agent, agency, campus, course, program, cohort, status, and submission status.
Once an applicant is processed and accepted, they can be converted into a student within the system. This conversion can be done through the Applicants menu by changing the contact type of an applicant to a student. Upon validation, the newly converted student can be viewed under the Students section of the SIS, and additional tabs will be added to their profile, including:
- Academic Tab: Contains all cohorts and programs the student is enrolled in. Allows for the addition of new programs and the allocation of existing cohorts.
- Attendance Tab: Displays detailed attendance records for the student using our attendance management system.
- Grades Tab: Shows all grades associated with the student, providing a comprehensive view of their academic performance.
Instructors
The instructor management feature allows users to add and manage instructors, associating them with available courses. Upon creation, instructors receive login access to their dedicated page.
Users can also impersonate instructors to view their calendars and courses, ensuring a smooth management process. Additionally, there are options to publish, unpublish, activate, or deactivate instructors, providing flexible control over instructor availability.
